Introducing Our Affiliate Program

We invite you to join our Affiliate Program and be a vital part of our journey towards promoting mindful beauty and self-care. As an affiliate, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a 5% commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate links.

Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Shine Om Natural, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the individual or entity applying to become an affiliate, hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate.”

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

• The Affiliate agrees to apply for enrollment in the Shine Om Natural Affiliate Program through the designated registration link provided by the Company.

2. Commission:

• The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission of 5% on each sale generated through valid affiliate links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

3. Payment:

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis when the payment amount total exceeds 20 AUD. Payments will be made via n agreed payment method specified by the Company to the Affiliate’s designated payment account.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities:

• The Affiliate agrees to actively promote Shine Om Natural products in a positive and professional manner.
• The Affiliate will use the provided affiliate tracking links to ensure accurate commission tracking.
• The Affiliate will not engage in any activities that may damage the reputation of Shine Om Natural or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Marketing Materials:

• The Company agrees to provide the Affiliate with marketing materials such as banners, images, and promotional content, to assist in the promotion of Shine Om Natural products.

6. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, the Affiliate is entitled to unpaid, accrued commissions up to the date of termination.

7. Confidentiality:

• The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets provided by the Company during the course of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

9. Amendments:

• The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

By submitting the affiliate registration form, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Program Agreement.
