How do I use essential oils?
There are many ways to use essential oils. They can be used in a diffuser, vaporizer, oil burner or can also be used as a perfume on your skin, applying a small amount to your clothes (always test on a small patch before using), placed on your pillow before sleeping and by adding a few drops to your bath. Where do you source your oils from to make the blends?
Our essential oils are primarily sourced from within Australia. For example, our Australian Lavender comes from Bridestowe Estate in Tasmania. We also work with an Australian company that imports ethically and organically sourced products. This ensures quality and minimizes the risk of issues with international imports.
What’s the dilution of your roll-on essential oils? Can I use it on kids?
We understand the unique needs of young children and carefully formulate our essential oil blends to align with these recommended dilution guidelines. If you’re seeking a custom blend for your child within this age group, simply let us know when placing your order. Is the massage oil dilution OK for me and my kids?
Our massage oils are made with an avocado base and contain no harmful or hidden ingredients. They should be safe for use unless your kids are sensitive to any of the essential oils or avocado oil listed. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use to check for sensitivities.
For children under 10, please contact us, and we can create a blend with a lower essential oil ratio for optimal safety.
How many drops of essential oil should I use in my diffuser?

My parcel arrived and my products are damaged. What do I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience. Despite our careful packaging, accidents can happen. Please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the damaged products and the parcel, including the tracking number.
- Email us at info@shineomnatural.com.au with the subject: “Damaged Parcel Order Number #(insert your order number)”.
- Attach the photos and include the tracking number in your email.
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
