We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or product returns due to a change of mind.

All products have been made and packaged with love and care. Shine Om®️ Natural will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred once the products are dispatched with Australia Post or any other delivery method.

Please inform us within 24hrs if items are missing from your order by emailing info@shineomnatural.com.au.

Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed and paid, you cannot cancel your order.

Shine Om®️ Natural reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and inform you of the cancellation immediately. The total amount of money paid minus the processing fee will be credited back to the original payment method.

If your order has not been sent and you want to add products, please let us know by emailing info@shineomnatural.com.au.

Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging and not be tampered with.

Any product not in its original condition, as listed above, will not be accepted. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors will not be taken.

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping of returned items is at the expense of the customer. To return your product, you should mail your product to Ngunnawal Country, 7 Selwyn Street, Hackett, ACT 2602

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days. Processing fees are not refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank or PayPal account.

Then contact your bank or PayPal. It may take some time before your refund is officially received.

Sale items and gifts

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Processing fees are not refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
