Due to Covid-19, there are delays with delivery, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact day of delivery. All delivery time frames are estimates only, and Shine Om®️Natural will not be held accountable for delivery delays or reasons beyond our control. Shine Om®️Natural will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred due to or in connection with delayed deliveries. Cancellations are not accepted due to a delivery being late.

Domestic shipping

For shipping within Australia, we currently use Australia Post to send all orders. Shipping starting rates are below:

Standard post with tracking prices starting from 9.95 AUD. Please allow 3-5 business days standard delivery. For delivery to WA or remote areas, please allow 5-10 business days.

Express post with tracking prices starting from $15.95. Please allow 1-3 business days for express post delivery.

Packaging

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days once payment is received. We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number to the email entered at checkout. Please check junk/spam folders. If the confirmation email still hasn’t arrived three business days after your order, please contact us at info@shineomnatural.com.au.

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. After an order is sent, we are unable to update the address details or arrange for it to be shipped to a different address. You will need to contact Australia Post. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we can arrange re-delivery but a re-delivery postage charge of $25 will apply.

Shine Om®️Natural uses recyclable and reusable shipping methods where possible. Your product may arrive in a reused box, carton or shipping bag as part of our sustainability practice.

International Shipping

International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that all product prices, shipping rates indicated, and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery time estimates at 10-20 business days depending on the final destination.

If you are in a country we are not shipping to, don’t hesitate to contact us via email at info@shineomnatural.com.au, and we will happily discuss the option.

International Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that if you purchase our products from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes at the final destination. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products and the overall shipping cost.

Shine Om®️Natural is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes applied by customs in the delivery country. The responsibility for customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees will rest with the customer.

Shine Om®️Natural is not responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
